  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Please include the RA number with your return shipment.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
